These sound promsing. Greek Nachos? I mean all we have been eating lately is feta and I love tomatoes and cucumbers. The sauce seems kind of like tzatziki, which is one of my other loves. I probably wouldn’t do the meat or the olives, but still, this just opened my eyes to a new world of nachos.
