I was looking on foodgawker trying to figure out what to eat in the next coming weeks when I happened upon this looker of a beverage.
I guess I’m on a mojito kick (even though I haven’t had one since the last one) or something or maybe just thirsty. This recipe comes from a blog called Rossa Di Sera, which has a lot of food I want to try and recipes I can’t read. I’ve translated the mojito recipe the best I can here (and left the Italian for you to try and read!):
Mojito impunito/Mojito unpunished 60 ml di rhum chiaro 60 ml (~2 oz) of clear rum succo di 1 limone filtrato juice of 1 lemon 4 rametti di menta 4 sprigs mint 2 cucchiaini di zucchero 2 teaspoons sugar 10-12 lamponi 10-12 raspberries ghiaccio tritato grossolanamente coarsely crushed ice soda soda
- Dissolve the sugar in lemon juice and pour into 2 glasses - aggiungere menta e rhum e far macerare qualche minuto - Add mint and rum and let soak a few minutes  - aggiungere del ghiaccio tritato, i lamponi e versare la soda - Add crushed ice, raspberries and pour the soda
